LAUT accepts the return of product that is defective or damaged during shipping under the LAUT Warranty.
How do I return an item I've ordered online?
Please get in contact with us at email@example.com to request a return authorisation number (RMA number).
Once you've received your RMA number, please send the product back to us within 30 days of the product arrival to destination, adhering to the below points:
- All return products must be securely packed when shipped back for return to the address provided with the RMA number.
- Product must be returned in re-sellable condition - unused with no dirt or scratch marks, with all parts & packaging included.
- product packaging must be in good shape, and not torn or punctured.
- RMA requests for credit and/or exchange can be refused at LAUT's discretion.
Please Note: If you cancel your contract with us under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014) you must return the order/item on order at your own expense. Please note shipping charges for goods to be returned and previously paid to LAUT will not be reimbursed. We would recommend sending your order or item via first class or recorded delivery, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014) all goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, as all goods will be inspected upon return. LAUT reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the returns policy limit, or items, which are not in the original condition in which they were received and will therefore be sent back to the customer.
Can I exchange an item on my order?
Orders cannot be exchanged. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date to obtain a refund. Please ensure the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through LAUT (www.itslaut.com) at any time.
When will I receive a refund for my order?
Refunds for orders will be credited to the original purchasers once returned and received at our warehouse. Please allow up to 7-10 working days after receipt of your return, a returns confirmation will be emailed once received to confirm when a refund will be issued.
Please retain your returns confirmation until you have received your refund.
Once the refund has been issued a refund confirmation will then be dispatched.
Please note: All card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time. Please note that this may vary between card issuers.
