PEARL case for iPhone 12 series

I'm in love with my new phone case! It's great! It's strong and sturdy to keep phone safe from dropping. I love the color and design it gives a luxury design like art and chic. Love it's also compatible with wireless charging. I would keep purchasing this case for every updated phone I get. 🥰

Case is sturdy and very pretty. It is not like those cheap bendable vinyl cases this plastic is sturdy with raised edge around the camera for extra protection. Very please with my case!

I purchased the Arctic Pearl case in white and received the Laut case a few weeks later (understandably due to shipping time during the pandemic). When I received the case, I looooved the color and the look. It felt comfortable to hold and just looked great on the phone. The case was very easy to put on and take off, which I have been finding pretty difficult on a few other cases I’ve tried for the iPhone 12 pro. Unfortunately, the buttons did not work at all. They were stiff and I was unable to lock or change the volume on my phone. I made sure to email customer service and reached out on IG. They responded very quickly and were open to feedback. The Laut team was extremely helpful and although they offered a helpful suggestion to temporarily fix the buttons, they also knew this was an inconvenient fix. Nonetheless, they respected and supported my decision to return the case and even offered to update me when they fixed the buttons on their cases. I will most definitely re-purchase this beautiful case! I appreciate the Laut team for really listening to their customers and engaging with them to see how they can better improve their products. Can’t wait to purchase more! Thank you, Laut! Once the buttons are fixed, I would 100% recommend their cases!
