I love the case, it just didn’t come with the 2 screen guards it mentioned in the product description, and unfortunately I have a small scratch on my screen now. I had to contact customer service again and they are sending me a ‘premium’ screen for the trouble. I really wish they had just been included in the original packaging considering this ships all the way from Hong Kong and im in the States. That’s a lot of emissions for a mistake. Other than all of that, this phone case is my favorite one I’ve ever had. Had a hot pink Laut case before and it lasted me well over 2 years. I decided I needed to replace it with something new since a corner got sharp from dropping it, and this one is very pretty. I love looking at it in the sunshine. It does have a bit less protection by the back camera now though (for an iPhone 6s+). If you are in the States, purchase from a local Target or even Amazon. If I had known it shipped from Hong Kong I probably would have done that route due to the emissions it takes to ship it over here to the US from Hong Kong. These are quality phone cases though, and are not bulky.
