Purchased the 6.6 charger at a retail store and didn’t use it right away. When I tried it, it was defective out of the box so could not return it to the retailer. Contacted customer service, who replied quickly. They resolved my issue and sent a replacement in a very short period of time. Customer service was quick and courteous with emails and communication. The replacement charger works without issue and has no problem delivering full power to all 3 ports simultaneously when I tested it with a USB voltage and current tester. This charger is higher in build quality compared to other plastic chargers I have purchased in the past and seems tighter in the lighter socket. Customer service gets an A+ for resolving a defective product issue which will happen from time to time. Thank you!
